It’s safe to conclude that the Nov 2022 Update has been stable for a while and is able to be installed on primary computers however it’s best to stay clear of the optional updates and instead look forward to make the necessary fixes during the following Month’s Patch Tuesday cycle.
Users running Windows 11 22H2 will receive a different upgrade later in the month.
It’s important to mention that Microsoft will not be rolling out additional updates that are optional in December because of the absence of operation during the holiday season (Western new year’s holiday). Although the optional updates will not be available but Microsoft will release a monthly security update in December 2022.
